What to bring

  • Buying: pay by cash or bank transfer (no card payments). Purchases that take your day's total to $5,000 need photo ID; scan the QR code at the counter to verify on your phone.
  • Selling: your metal and photo ID. Cash under $5,000 subject to cash on hand, or a bank transfer processed within 24 hours. Today's buyback rates.
  • Collecting an order: your order number and photo ID. Use the kiosk at the door to send your order straight to picking.
